The position focuses on developing and executing strategies to grow ITT’s distribution business across the region, driving sales, strengthening partnerships, and expanding market presence.
Build and maintain influential relationships with senior management and key contacts at assigned distributor partners.
Manage overall distributor business performance, including sales growth, product expansion, and inventory planning.
Drive achievement of sales budgets (POP and POS) and deliver against growth objectives.
Coordinate with Product Management and Pricing to maximise product line growth.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers and BDMs to deliver regional distribution sales plans.
Lead cross-functional coordination with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service and Operations to support growth initiatives.
Analyse sales performance, inventory levels, and market opportunities to optimise coverage and results.
Gain and apply strong working knowledge of ITT internal systems, processes, and capabilities to support distributors and expand business.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a technical field (preferred).
Proven track record in supplier and/or distribution management.
Demonstrated success in leading distributor growth initiatives and achieving sales targets.
Experience in leading cross-functional projects and programmes
Willingness to travel 25–50% (some in Europe) to support distributors and internal teams.
