About you: You will be someone who can achieve sales targets across annual software subscriptions, bureau processing and consultancy, while developing strong customer relationships and owning the full sales process with support from presales and consultancy. You respond to enquiries quickly and share feedback to support the wider team, build and nurture relationships across your customer base, and confidently host meetings at all levels, including with C-suite stakeholders. Once a sale is made, you ensure a smooth handover to the projects team, and you’re prepared to arrange telephone references or site visits for your own or colleagues’ prospects. You also work in line with all company policies and procedures. Day-to-day, you will be: A motivated self-starter, who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up attitude A track record in providing solutions to the associated market An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices Ability and willingness to work independently or as a team Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office Your skills and experiences might also include: Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales or a target-driven account management role, ideally with HCM or related software exposure. Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload. Confident communicator across phone, email and written channels, with excellent attention to detail. Collaborative team player who builds positive relationships and supports colleagues and clients with integrity, loyalty and honesty. Proactive, positive approach with a commitment to ongoing learning and self-development. Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays, and hold a full driving licence.
