Job Title: Director, Early-Stage Clinical Statistician Location: Remote, United Kingdom
We are seeking an experienced Director of Early-Stage Clinical Statistician to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation focused on innovative drug development across multiple therapeutic areas. This senior role will provide strategic statistical leadership for early-phase clinical programs (Phase I–II), shaping clinical development plans and ensuring high-quality statistical input across all study activities.

Act as the primary statistical expert within cross-functional project teams, providing guidance on study design, endpoints, sample size, and analysis approaches.
Oversee statistical analyses, interpretation of results, and preparation of regulatory-compliant deliverables.
Contribute to development plans, decision-making strategies, and go/no-go criteria for early-stage assets.
Ensure robust statistical methodology and alignment with regulatory standards (EMA, FDA, MHRA).
Collaborate closely with clinical development, data management, regulatory affairs, and medical writing teams.

MSc or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Strong understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations.
Proficiency in statistical software (SAS required; Eligible to work remotely within the UK.
