Document Management Controller

Our projects are more than just your opportunity to make your mark. Manage the requirements for document control on the project ensuring that procedures are fully implemented to meet compliance requirements for ISO19650 information management file naming regulation standards.
Utilisation of Balfour Beatty internal SharePoint.
Ensure accurate control of documentation from pre-construction through to completion and archive.
Manage different Review Workflows, consulting closely with the project design manager along with site team, design team, subcontractors, customers, external suppliers.
Liaise with project teams, ensuring they have a full understanding of the document control procedure along with the CDE system procedures providing training and instruction as needed for the distribution of project information ensuring that stakeholders receive up to date information.
Provide feedback such that design and project managers are fully aware of all documentation issues.
Manage business archiving such that documentation is stored efficiently and can always be accessed and referenced.
Understand and conduct the role specific requirements of the Information Management Systems and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent Administration skills
Experience of working with Common data environment platforms (CDE)
Basic understanding of BIM.
Determination to see tasks through to completion, with excellent planning and organisation and diligence skills.
