TUPE, or not TUPE?

Role: Senior Employment Associate

Location: London

Level: 4.5 years' PQE or above

Qualification: Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales

We are instructed by our client in relation to a senior employment associate role. Specifically, someone who has experience of leading on TUPE transactions is highly desirable. More broadly, your workload will include contentious, advisory and transactional matters.

This is a truly international firm at the top of their game when it comes to advising domestic and multi-national corporations in relation to employment law matters. Strong academics and training/post-qualification experience at a leading firm or Set will be required.
