~ As a flexible Trade Counter Manager, you will inherit a significant customer base of Commercial Flooring Contractors, Shop Fitters and Construction Project Managers. As the fast-growing construction market evolves at pace, your role will be to keep at the forefront of the market and new projects – spotting and leveraging opportunities to grow sales with existing products and customers.

Managing your Trade Counter and delivering monthly sales/ profitability/pricing/margin and cost
Building relationships with new and existing customers
Cleverly utilising technical knowledge and solution selling to introduce customers to new products and ranges and drive incremental sales
To apply for this Trade Counter Manager role, you will need to be a proven Sales/Account Manager who shares the company's passion for the construction, fit-out, and refurbishment markets. Sales and account management success in a B2B sales environment
An impressive track record of driving sales via a consultative-selling approach
People Management experience
Good organisation skills and experience working with CRM or similar systems
A full, clean Driving Licence
