We're looking for a Statistical Forecasting Manager (Demand Planning) to power smarter decisions, sharpen our forecasting engine, and fuel the S&OP process across our dynamic EMEA region.

As the Statistical Forecasting Manager, you’ll transform massive datasets into sharp, actionable insights that drive production, inventory, and distribution decisions across the region. You’ll own and optimise statistical forecasting models using SAP IBP , influence the S&OP cycle, and push the boundaries of analytics, automation, and scenario modelling.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the centre of EMEA operations.

Build accurate, data-driven forecasts using SAP IBP, leveraging internal BI, distributor data, Nielsen and historical trends.
Apply segmentation and tailored forecasting strategies to optimise planning accuracy.
Generate and present detailed performance reports to support the S&OP demand cycle.
Identify risks, gaps and opportunities influencing service levels, revenue projections, cost efficiency and inventory optimisation.
Data Quality & Automation
Lead regular data quality reviews, ensuring anomalies are identified, validated, corrected and logged.
Build simulations and scenario models to assess market shifts, strategic decisions, or unexpected events.
Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics , or similar.
~Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP , Power BI , and Excel .
~ Ability to translate complex data into compelling insight and influence senior stakeholders.
~ Strategic thinker with a passion for precision, performance, and continuous improvement.
