Commercial Finance Manager

White Horse Employment are partnering with one of the South Wests most well known brands, supporting their search for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the growing finance team.

In this role, you will work closely with the production department to ensure systems and commercial accountability are fit for the rapidly growing business. You will implement improved costing systems and actively manage material variance across their diverse product range. As they expand, you'll onboard new systems, measure commercial impact, and drive financial sustainability. Additionally, you'll provide commercial rigor in selecting new suppliers, ensuring project P&L assessments and financial sustainability.

You will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including:

  • Complete month-end management pack and review monthly accounts, KPI, and MI reporting.
  • Develop financial models, reports, and support budgeting and business cases.
  • Provide analysis to drive commercial performance and improve supply chain value.
  • Design and implement KPI reporting processes and system improvements.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for commercial propositions.
  • Ensure value for money in procurement and support finance team with reporting and business analysis.
  • Develop production stock costing and internal invoicing methods.
  • Assist with CAPEX project business cases and undertake additional projects as needed
