L&D Consultant:
Are you ready to deliver EPIC onboarding, training and development to a high success workforce, within one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe?

We are looking for an L&D Consultant to join our team

Reporting directly into our Founder, you will become the architect behind our 7* L&D programmes; from rookie training, to experienced onboarding, to leadership development.

You will challenge the status quo of the recruitment industry by bringing fresh ideas into the creation of our L&D programmes, creating, coordinating and delivering these to all employees across Nottingham, London & New York.

Founded in 2016 to change the way that Senior Recruitment is delivered, Forsyth Barnes is a multi-award winning Talent Partner that offers a personal and dedicated service in the Executive Appointments market.

We specialise in a range of Senior Appointments into Emerging Tech within Etail, Software & Fintech industries, as well as having launched FB Sports to place C-Suite’s within the sports industry. We’re big believers in innovation within recruitment and have developed several tech platforms, to ensure we are true leaders within the industry.

Help to build and architect values (Excellence, Pioneering, Integrity & Commitment) based L&D programmes for trainee – director levels
Coordinate all onboarding & training programmes with relevant stake holders, including notifying all managers, assigning the correct content to the correct individuals and booking in training sessions and inductions
Work across the business to identify talent gaps, future development, and training needs
Shape and deliver bespoke learning solutions (e.g. programmes, workshops, resources, assets etc) with internal experts and/or external providers
Evaluate individual, team and organisational learning and development needs across key skills, specialist knowledge and behaviours
A strong communicator, who is able to use those skills to engage all key stakeholders and deliver engaging content
An ability to work with multiple projects on an ongoing basis, juggle different priorities and work to deadlines
Experience creating and delivering training programmes within a sales environment
