The Ruminant Sales Manager will capitalise on proven skills and work closely with the management team to drive business growth and exposure. The Company:

A well established and highly professional animal feed business with an enviable reputation for producing a portfolio of quality feed products. Successful in the UK and international markets, it boasts a strong and extensive team fully committed to the brand and ethos of the business. Role Responsibilities: To cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and clients To provide nutritional advice and product support to meet customer needs Actively identify and develop new leads, consistently growing and developing the business Promote the companys full portfolio of products Participate in wider business requirements; attending shows and events to increase brand awareness Skills you will need: Essential: Proven sales experience in ruminant nutrition Exceptional communication and customer service skills The ability to forge and develop relationships easily and confidently Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and collectively as a team when required Self-motivated and able to organise own workload The ability to work collaboratively across the team The willingness and desire to travel UK driving licence Desirable: A qualification in animal nutrition or related subject Remuneration:

An
