About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or internal sales.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective telephone communication.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce and sell our services.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through a consultative approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Share insights and feedback with the team to continuously improve sales strategies.

About you

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Knowledge of electrical services is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
