Due to the success and continued growth of the business, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Consumer Claims Manager to support the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring claims integrity is consistent. To assist with the oversight and control of Claims functions within Novus Underwriting.
Undertaking desk audits of monthly Claims Bordx and ensuring each Third Party Administrator is performing the function of Claims Administrator in the correct manner and with the skill required to perform their function.
Report Claims to Carriers on Novus Underwriting Ltd when required in accordance with each Agreement.
When necessary, to attend a UK/overseas audit of a Third Party Administrator and report on the adequacy of the TPA.
Assist the Claims Manager with the training of any future Claims staff.
Support the Claims Manager with the ongoing development of the Claims Procedure manual.
Support the Claims Manager with the ongoing development of Third-Party Claims Agreements.
Having some exposure to claims and being able to assess and manage claims.
Computer literate.
Auto mechanical and electrical conversant.
Sound computer skills.
