Dalkia UK have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team working onsite for our client EDF's showcase residential training and conference centre Cannington Court in Somerset.
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday


You will manage a staff team, ensuring efficient and effective management of planned preventative maintenance (PPM's) programs, statutory compliance, and cost-saving initiatives, as well as ensuring the overall effective running of the site
You'll lead the day to day delivery of our overall facilities services and operations, deputising for the Facilities Manager and the Front of House Manager in their absence
Planning and day-to day management / co-ordination of the site facilities teams and subcontractors
Ensure service provided is compliant with contractual SLA's / KPI's and meets and exceeds client expectations
Actively build relationships with key stakeholders, building a deep understanding of our clients’ needs in order to exceed expectations
