Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the highest quality of work across the board
• Liaise with SJP’s Business Assurance (BA) team to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and embedded
• Meet Quality of Documentation (QoD) targets and other KPIs
• Contribute to operational processes and quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate training sessions (e.g. Provide guidance to junior members of the team and take a mentoring approach to support Junior Paraplanners
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
• Planning and organisation
• Managing a workflow – delegating workload, monitoring progress, analysing performance
