The role

Broadly, you'll be totally immersed in a variety of innovative enterprise web, app, AI and 3D

Model development projects; from discovery & research phases to design & build to go live &

ongoing support. Ultimately, you’ll take a key role in the conception and delivery of

innovative and intelligent solutions for our clients.

You

You're probably a Senior Account Manager, Account Director or client-facing Project Manager

from a digital agency environment. As such, we would expect you to bring the following:

  • Strong client service and project management ‘101’ skills
  • Familiarity with site maps, wireframes and have an understanding of UX/UI. An interest in emerging tech such as AI would be great.
  • Previous experience specifically in the design & build of mobile sites and apps would be very useful
  • Knowledge of managing Sitecore projects (in particular XM Cloud) would be particularly marvellous.
  • Leading projects and working closely with clients comes naturally to you. We suspect you probably enjoy being that expert, organised, and helpful point of contact.
  • This will include researching and clarifying requirements, making intelligent recommendations, managing feedback and looking after ongoing requests.
  • You are a friendly, hard-working team player with a can-do attitude. This is our standard operating procedure: you can expect the same consideration from your colleagues.
  • Comfortable using tools like Teams, Monday, CMS's, and DXPs

Location

We have two hubs - Edinburgh and London - and try to meet up fairly regularly to touch base

or to meet clients. The rest of the time we are happy working remotely.
