Are you an experienced Electrical Construction Manager seeking an exciting opportunity? Look no further We are currently hiring for a dynamic role within our team.

Role Overview: As an Electrical Construction Manager , you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our projects. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse team of professionals, overseeing the installation of headhouses across the prestigious Rail project. You'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, and Communications staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.
  • Installation Management : Oversee the installation of DFMA's (Design for Manufacture and Assembly), containment, first fix, and second fix.
  • Project Coordination : Proficiently manage multiple projects across various disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, and Fire.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in managing complex construction projects.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Electrical, Mechanical, Communications, and Fire systems.
  • Leadership Skills : Ability to lead, inspire, and drive results within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Problem-Solving : Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management : Experience managing concurrent projects.
