Kaleidovision uses music, digital video and interactive screens to capture customer engagement in retail and leisure spaces. Clients include high street retailers, leisure and health and fitness brands, including Hollywood Bowl, TGI Fridays, Puttstars, YHA & Paul Patisserie
Our sister agency spans other creative and technical disciplines, with a particular focus on wellness.
One common technology platform underpins each agency’s operation, comprising music and media players at customer locations, connected by a large-scale media distribution network. Sophisticated multi-layer content management systems control the playout of music tracks, video content, interactive applications or immersive combinations of all three.
This enables us to be highly innovative in response to creative client project requirements or business opportunities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our Creative Director/Business Development Director and Head of Marketing by providing both administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth sales and marketing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including content creation, social media management, and lead generation, providing a great opportunity for professional growth within our expanding organisation.
Any creative experience is a bonus.
· A degree in marketing, business or related field.
· Proven Lead Generation and CRM experience is mandatory.
· Prior experience in a sales support, marketing or administrative role.
· You are a self-motivated individual with a passion for supporting marketing and sales pipeline initiatives.
· Previous experience copy writing is an advantage.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
· Strong copywriting abilities for client-facing materials such as brochures, social, newsletters and outreach emails.
· Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative roles.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
· Prepare and distribute sales and marketing materials, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, monitor data hygiene.
Strategic Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
Contribute to the creation of sales-related collateral and outreach copy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, tone of voice and objectives.
Generate monthly reports on marketing activities and lead generation to track performance and inform decision-making.
Manage the campaign pipeline in coordination with the Head of Marketing, ensuring timely execution and optimisation across all regions.
Help compile market intelligence on the sector and share relevant insights with the rest of the business.
Act as a liaison between the Creative Director/Business Development Director, Head of Marketing, and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and positive dialogue.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and information needed for sales presentations and marketing initiatives
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
Contribute to and develop engaging content for various marketing channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage social media accounts, creating posts and engaging with the audience to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor trends and industry developments to identify content opportunities.

- We’re flexible about working in the office – in the UK we have bases in Hertford and Shoreditch. Mixed in with working from home, you’ll be meeting the Head of Marketing in London regularly.
