I’m currently recruiting for an exciting remote-based Head of Sales role on behalf of my client, a respected Ofsted-rated Grade 2 training provider, specializing in apprenticeship and training solutions for the construction and trade sectors. This role is ideal for a candidate with proven experience in these industries and a strong network of B2B contacts. This role focuses on selling tailored apprenticeship and training solutions to employers in the construction and trade sectors. You’ll be responsible for building new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and guiding clients through their initial experience with our client’s services. In the Head of Sales role, you’ll actively identify client needs and offer bespoke programme solutions that help businesses upskill their workforce and meet their growth objectives.

Drive business development and meet sales targets by establishing and growing partnerships with construction and trade sector companies.

* Leverage your industry connections to expand market share and strengthen brand presence in the sector.

* Conduct engaging presentations, both virtually and face-to-face, to promote apprenticeship and training solutions.

* You should have a robust background in B2B sales within the construction or trade sector, with a proven record of success in building and managing client relationships. Proven sales experience in the construction or trade industries, with established sector relationships.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and pipeline management.

This is a remote role with travel required across England.
