HR Manager/ Recruitment & Culture Manager

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a part-time role with a dynamic social enterprise? We're searching for a Recruitment & Culture Manager to join our clients team and help shape their organisation's culture and recruitment strategies. Our client is a social enterprise non-profit dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds and promoting innovative business models with social or environmental benefits. In this stand alone role you'll play a vital role in refining their core values, embedding them into their culture, and driving their recruitment efforts. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) based across different sites in London as well as flexible working, offering flexibility and autonomy.


Collaborate with the management team to refine ther core values and embed them into their culture.
Develop strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment through structured activities, training, and policies.
Lead the recruitment process from job description creation to onboarding, including candidate screening and interviewing.
Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.


Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with expertise in UK employment law.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
