The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring the delivery of tailored, high-quality insurance solutions, and building strong, long-term relationships. This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the travel insurance market, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to problem solve and manage senior escalations on behalf of our partners and the account management team.

We offer the option of remote working (UK) with occasional partner site visits, or if you prefer a hybrid working model we have offices situated in London, Horsham or Mansfield.

Account Management:

Manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring their requirements are met and delivering exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.

Serve as the main point of contact for partners, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and offering strategic advice regarding travel insurance products and policies.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track partner satisfaction, retention, overall revenue performance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Partner Support and Retention:

Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Product).

Work with partners to understand their evolving needs and ensure timely communication of new products or services that may benefit them.

Address and resolve any complaints or issues in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Claims, Product and Pricing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Develop and support wider account managers, offering guidance to help them develop within the organisation and improve service to our partners.

Assist Head of Partnerships with escalations, Management reporting and internal Committee's.

Prepare and present regular reports to internal and external Management, outlining account status, sales performance, and opportunities for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, sales activity, and other relevant information.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management within the Travel, Pet and / or Gadget insurance sector.

Proven track record of managing large accounts, driving sales growth, and retaining partners.

Promote and support best practice and compliant behaviours to be maintained throughout the business.
