Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Beauty Works Headquarters, London

Basic Salary: £25k-£28k depending on experience

OTE: £30k - £33k (average £500 pm commission earning potential)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts at all levels – this will be via telephone contact with a wide customer base
  • Work closely with The Education Team to ensure all salons are supported by education
  • Open all new accounts with an order
  • Build deep customer intelligence and data
  • Ideally, background from the hair and beauty industry

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work with Salesforce, Forecasting Trackers, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, & Email
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective working as part of a team, but is also self-motivated to work alone
