The Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Product Manager to lead a high-impact team that manages IAG Cargo's most sensitive and high-value shipments. The successful candidate will oversee a team of eight professionals operating 24/7, ensuring the seamless transportation of critical cargo.
Your Responsibilities- Lead the critical team: Manage a team of rostered individuals that work 365 days a year around the clock.
- Own and optimize the team roster.
- Foster a high-performance, motivated and resilient team culture.
- Minimize overtime while maintaining productivity.
- Create reports to manage both business metrics and productivity metrics from a commercial and an operational perspective and generate product dive deeps to investigate certain details.
- Strong experience in leading and managing teams.
- Experience in product and project management in the air cargo industry or in global logistics and supply chain.
- Flexibility to support your team in whatever is required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communications and influencing skills.
- Team player.
