Role Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand Brook Street’s customer base and solidify its presence
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Brook Street commercial Operations
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations during the Sales pursuit
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to convert new clients
- Providing monthly reports of sales pipeline and success – we share all updates with Heads of regions on a weekly basis
- Sharing of Sales leads and providing visibility all new volume opportunities to Operational Stakeholders
- Collaborate with local branches and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Lead negotiations with key clients and partners
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a national sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
- The ability to collaborate with other stakeholders in the business to meet overall business objections
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
- Highly motivated and ability work to under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong decision making abilities.
- Willing to travel frequently.
