Project Partners are on the look out for an Organised, Proficient, Punctual and Proactive Enrolment Executive to come and join a lovely close-knit team in Leicester or Oxford. Do you have strong computer and Microsoft Office skills? Tracking and monitoring of new candidates looking to enrol on pilot training courses.
Be in contact over the phone and via email with suitable candidates who apply directly for the courses.
Complete general administration duties that relate to the role using Microsoft Office.
Offer career advice where required and support on all queries sent through regarding the courses via email.

You will offer a smooth running service to give them the best candidate experience as they navigate their early career in becoming a pilot.

Good telephone manner and customer service experience
Proficient on Microsoft Office and Excel
Must have knowledge of or experience on Hubstop CRM platform / systems
Team player but can also motivate themselves and work alone when required
25 days annual leave

This is an onsite role, working Monday – Friday 8.You must be able to commit to 5 days a week in the office as hybrid working is not an option and ideally drive due to the location of the role.
