We are hiring for our client, a well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm in East Belfast, who are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic financial services environment, with competitive pay, bonus potential, and the benefit of free on-site parking. Up to £30,000 salary, plus bonus potential
# East Belfast location with free parking
# Must have experience in banking, financial services administration, or mortgages/pensions administration

Provide administrative support to financial advisers and paraplanners in day-to-day tasks
* Manage and update client records using internal systems and CRM software
* Process and track new business applications for pensions, investments, mortgages, and life insurance
* Prepare client reports, investment valuations, and other financial documents as required
* Handle client inquiries and provide updates on the status of their applications or financial matters
* Assist with accounting and billing for clients, including fee statements and payment processing
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
* Previous experience in banking, financial services administration, mortgage administration, or pensions administration is required
* IT proficient with experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Up to £30,000 salary + performance-related bonus
