Job Description

Year 3 Teacher Your new company Hays are working with a warm and welcoming one-form entry school nestled in the heart of North Birmingham. This is a long-term role with an immediate start.

Your new role At Hays, we are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated and resilient Year 3 Teacher to join a rapidly improving team. As a teacher, you will:

Inspire Learning: Create engaging lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning. Raise Standards: Have a proven track record of improving student outcomes. Support Well-Being: Contribute to a safe and supportive environment where every child thrives. Follow Behaviour Procedures: Uphold our school’s behaviour policies and promote positive conduct.

What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2. Passion for supporting pupils GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/5 or above.
