Are you a senior QA leader who thrives on delivering quality at scale?
This Financial Services company are looking for an experienced Programme Test Manager to define and lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a complex, multi-workstream transformation programme within a highly regulated environment on a 12 month contract.

You’ll take ownership of the overall testing strategy, governance, and assurance — ensuring quality and compliance are built into every stage of delivery.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll bring structure, rigour, and collaboration across multiple delivery teams and suppliers, driving a culture of continuous improvement and testing excellence.

Define and maintain the programme-wide test strategy, governance model, and QA framework.
Lead planning and execution across all testing phases: functional, integration, UAT, performance, and non-functional.
Mentor and coach test leads and analysts across distributed teams.
Partner with delivery, business, and engineering stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met and risks are proactively managed.

15 years’ experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance, including senior leadership roles across large programmes.
~ Experience managing multi-vendor, distributed QA teams in complex change environments.
~ Hands-on understanding of test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and non-functional testing.
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at programme and executive levels.
~ ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent certification highly desirable.
