We have an exciting opportunity for a **Programme Test Lead**to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions, and will be deployedon an interim or project basis with Legal & General for an initial duration. **Job Summary
Key aspects of the role will involve dealing with senior stakeholders across the LGIM business but also extensively with third party service providers.
You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the STOM Transformation Programme, Technology and the business, so it is essential they possess excellent verbal, collaborative, professional and supportive styles and communication skills
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement a Front to Back testing capability / service to meet the needs of the STOM transformation programme
- Document, publish, agree (via workstream and programme approvals) and maintain the STOM Programme Testing Strategy for all phases of the programme which includes testing objectives, coverage, evidence capture / storage, sign-off criteria, defect ratings,defect priority, test scheduling, exit criteria and environment and testing data management
- Work with business workstreams collaboratively to help define and document their testing requirements including Testing Briefs, Testing Scenarios, Test Scripts, Run Books and testing data requirements
- Work with the STOM Technology Testing & Environments lead to co-ordinate testing plans, programme build delivery, testing data requirements and resource planning
- Define and implement specific test plans to facilitate testing for multiple programme workstreams
- Define and implement a non-functional test plan to ensure capacity, scalability and business continuity targets can be met and sustained
- Build a testing team capable of coping with significant testing demand across a wide range of internal and external supplier testing activity
- Execute, monitor, track and report individual test cases specific to functional testing
- Support and facilitate, where required, User Acceptance Testing with or on behalf of project teams, workstreams, users and suppliers
- Ensure projects adhere to LGIM’s Business Change Management Framework (BCMF)
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to both LGIM Change Management Committees and project Steering Groups
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including representatives from LGIM’s Compliance team, LGIM’s Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity function, Technology, project teams and external suppliers
- Run regular Sub-Working Group meetings, ensuring all actions are being appropriately progressed
- Collaborating with other team members ensuring methodologies and standards are met in order to continuously deliver change effectively
- Understanding the importance of BCP / DR as it relates to the programme solution and future operational behaviours
**Experience**
- Proven track record of personally leading successful Testing services for large transformation programmes in an Investment Management environment
- Experience of participating in large transformation programmes as a critical service provider (Testing)
- Experience of configuring, managing and maintaining testing environment integrity in a large and complex transformation programme
- Experience of managing and scheduling testing activity in a large complex transformation programme
- Strong leadership, collaboration and matrix management skills
- Structured and disciplined approach to testing and environment management
- Extensive experience in Financial Services, especially Investment Management
- Experience of working in an Agile / Scrum development environment
**Highly Desirable**:
- Experience of Middle Office migration with State Street
- Experience of testing Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS)
- Experience of providing testing services for an OMS and/or Middle Office migration
- Experience in Jira, Xray and Excel
