We’re looking for a proactive Production Shift Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved. Lead, coach, and develop production teams across rotating shifts.
Deliver daily production targets while maintaining top safety and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all company, legal, and environmental policies.
Proven experience in production or shift management (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred).
Knowledge of quality standards (BRC, ISO, GMP) and manufacturing systems (e.g., Shift pattern A rotating 4-week shift cycle to give you variety and balance:
Week 3: 5 nights
Week 4: 2 nights
