Production Leader

Do you want to work for a household name in the FMCG industry?
As Night Shift Team Leader , you’ll be responsible for overseeing night shift operations to ensure the smooth, efficient production of high-quality products. You’ll lead and support your team, ensuring resources and equipment are optimally utilised to meet production targets and maintain a ‘Right First-Time’ approach. You’ll also act as the key point of contact for any operational issues during the night shift.
This role is critical to maintaining site performance and embedding a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Lead and coordinate night shift operations to meet production plans and KPIs
Manage labour planning and working time using SAP
Support training and development of team members
We’re looking for someone with proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within FMCG. You’ll be confident managing teams, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and improvement. Strong people management and coaching skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience with SAP or similar systems
