Criterion Hospitality is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Group Human Resources Manager to join our esteemed team. The Group HR Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding human resources policies and procedures to both employees and managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with senior managers to address employee relations, health and wellbeing, and people policies, whilst overseeing and advising on employee relations cases.
- Working in close partnership with central HR functions to conduct talent reviews, develop robust succession plans, and attract top-tier talent to meet both current and future workforce demands.
- Championing employee engagement initiatives across business areas to cultivate a positive work culture.
- Led the coordination of talent acquisition events, attraction projects, and partnerships to ensure a steady influx of skilled candidates.
- Staying abreast of industry best practices, personal development opportunities, and legislative updates.
- Supporting the rollout and communication of new HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, and contributing to regional projects as required.
- Assisting in crafting an effective communication strategy to engage and inform employees.
What we're looking for:
- A positive, enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in managing HR functions across multiple hotel sites.
- A results-oriented mindset, dedicated to achieving organisational goals.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
