This role would suit candidates from a software development background with IT industry experience and IT knowledge. 

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
 
Design, implement, and optimise new features and gameplay mechanics using Unity and C#.
 
Address and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges to maintain and enhance the game’s quality.
 
Planning: Participate in planning meetings, contribute to project timelines, and help prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
 
Code Review: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure coding standards and practices are followed.


Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in C# and extensive experience with Unity, including a deep understanding of game architecture, optimisation, and performance.
 
A commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, with a focus on quality and best practices.
 
Proven ability to achieve project objectives.
Enterprise IT background covering networking, compute, and storage is advantageous.
