Certain Advantage is hiring for a FP&A Manager for a high growth, PE backed business in Manchester.

Our client is profitable, acquisitive and a leader in its market. Due to continued growth due to both client demand and acquisition the need has been identified for a newly created role for an FP&A Manager to lead the financial planning and analysis function, drive business performance and business partner with the senior leadership team.

This role is for a dynamic FP&A Manager —someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-orientated and driven to succeed. You’ll be reporting to the Head of FP&A and be responsible for, amongst other things:

  • Leading the FP&A activities for a specific business unit within the company
  • Developing models to assess company performance, identify risks and give insights to SLT
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for SLT with key trends and variances
  • Collaborate with department heads to influence decision making to optimise profitability
  • Fostering a culture of constant improvement and identifying opportunities for process improvement

The successful candidate will be:-

  • CIMA / ACA or ACCA qualified
  • A natural, proven business partner
  • High performing in your current role and looking for the next step to progress their career
  • Ability to think strategically and influence business decision making
