Eigent AI is a research-driven startup aiming to construct and maintain a multi-agent ecosystem simulating the conventional cross-functional, labour-intensive workflows for professional projects and beyond. We build agents that can efficiently reason and robustly interact with external environments. Eigent’s MAS (multi-agent system) vastly improves the efficiency and accuracy of executing complex tasks. Our prior work includes CAMEL-AI.org, which is the earliest large language model-based multi-agent system for real-world task solving.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will hold a key role within our team, taking charge of guiding and implementing holistic stack solutions that ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and innovativeness of our technology architecture. We are in search of entrepreneurial professionals who are commercially aware, enthusiastic about cutting-edge technologies, resilient to unprecedented challenges, and capable of flourishing in a fast-paced setting.

Your Responsibility

• Take part in the architectural design of both the frontend and backend of the platform, responsible for frontend and backend software development, code debugging, database development, and maintenance

• Handle server configuration and maintenance required during the software deployment process

• Manage the domain model progression, architecture enhancement, and stability governance of online business systems

• Contribute to building AI programming assistant development products, thoroughly understanding various development scenarios, and actualizing AI programming capabilities in different business contexts

• Track and investigate the latest technologies and trends in the AI domain, providing technical solutions aligned with the scenario of development efficacy

• Optimize and refactor the AI programming assistant's technical architecture for stability and performance

• Build the infrastructure for related technologies to improve engineering efficiency and quality

• Being a core part of a robust product development process in the company

The Ideal Candidate

• A solid understanding and skilled application of LLM (Large Language Model) architectures, such as LangChain and VectorDB, with ongoing attention and learning of cutting-edge technologies

• Familiarity with a variety of web frontend and backend frameworks, a profound comprehension of product requirements and design, and continual optimization of product design

• Proficiency in at least one of the languages like Golang, JAVA, or Python, familiarity with microservices development frameworks, mainstream databases, and frontend and backend frameworks, knowledge of common distributed caching, messaging queues, and understanding performance optimization under high concurrency

• Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes (k8s), virtualization platforms, basics of cloud server networking, ability to deploy basic project frameworks, familiarity with Linux operations, and key cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft, Alibaba, etc)

• A passion for programming, strong learning capabilities, eagerness to quickly grasp and apply the latest industry technologies, possession of strong logical thinking and problem analysis skills, and excellent abilities in abstraction

• A proactive and optimistic attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, great project management & organizational skills, attention to detail in work, and excellent cross-functional communication & collaboration skills

• Great commercial awareness of the market, competitors, distribution channels, and how they relate to delivering high-quality products to our customers

• Previous experience leading the origination and execution of product ideas is a strong plus

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up setting is a strong plus

• Being a CAMEL-AI.org contributor / Familiar with CAMEL-AI agent framework is a plus
