As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of this development. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating technical aspects, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all phases of the project adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, having worked with either a residential developer, main contractor or an architectural practice, looking to transition into a client-side role.

Your background should include significant involvement in high or mid-rise new build projects within London, either for a Residential Developer, Main Contractor or an Architectural Practice. This role demands a deep understanding of the technical intricacies of residential construction, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Key skills and experience required:

– Extensive experience working with a residential developer, main contractor or an architectural practice.

– Proven track record in high or mid-rise new build projects in London.

– Strong technical knowledge of RC Frame construction.
