Joining the Manorview team, you’ll be part of something much bigger. Your talents and skills will help to not only to deliver success, but to have true impact within hospitality. We’ll support your development as not only a manager, but a leader. Your team will be well looked after too – as everyone will be paid the real Living Wage at a minimum, and everyone (including you) will receive a share of profits after 12 months service. Your venue will be maintained to a high standard. And your personal development will be nurtured.

As part of the Manorview Group, you’ll benefit from a network of like-minded General Managers, plus the support and resource of a central team. You’ll have peers to share problems and challenges with, and leaders to aid you.

The role will be challenging but rewarding. There will be scope for the new General Manager to shape and mould The Torrance to reach its full potential. And it’s a chance to lead and inspire the next generation of hospitality talent – passing on your knowledge and experience to craft a high-performing venue team.

Relevant hospitality experience is required for this role, but more than this, we want a General Manager who buys into our vision to use hospitality to make life better for team and guests.
