We're looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee operational service delivery and clinical leadership functions for RISE; Coventry and Warwickshire's specialist mental health service for children and young people.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an ambition to be the lead provider for integrated children's services in Coventry and Warwickshire. As General Manager you will be a key member of the new integrated children's Directorate Senior Management Team and accountable to the Director of Integrated Children's Services.
We're looking for someone who will establish collaborative working relationships with colleagues, Service Users and Carers within the Trust and with external stakeholders such as Commissioners, Local Authorities, Primary Care and other stakeholders to meet the local and national targets for the services in their portfolio.
You will also work in partnership with a wide range of senior colleagues, including the Associate Director of Nursing, Safety and Quality Leads, Psychology and Professional Lead, Medical Leads, Clinical Leads and Business partners. You will be responsible for providing operational management leadership and contribute to strategic planning to ensure that the service area achieves its performance objectives.
