Asset management legal counsel

Our client is a prominent company in the Energy & Natural Resources sector, With its headquarters in Gloucestershire, the company is known for its dedication to innovation and sustainable practices.
With the support of senior legal counsel, provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, employment law and corporate governance
Assist senior legal counsel in providing legal support across the above areas ensuring they are fit for the future growth of the company.
Ensure company wide compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards across areas of your expertise
Provide general and commercial legal support to projects and businesses within the group. This may include advice on tender proposals, contract drafting, negotiation and review, and specific legal needs
Work with projects and senior legal counsel to resolve ad-hoc legal issues, supporting the Group's Merger and Acquisition strategy
Legal qualification in the UK/Ireland
