We are currently seeking a Development & Engagement Coordinator in Employability to facilitate partnerships anddesign a commissioning framework for employability programmes within the third sector, providing local peoplewith opportunities, skills, and positive outcomes for employment.
Designing, delivering, and evaluating programs that tackle local employment needs will be at the core of yourresponsibilities. You'll also oversee our employability grants programme, using data to measure effectiveness and inform futureimprovements. Providing guidance and training to empower third sector organisations in engaging with localcommissioning processes will be key, as you work to co-produce new services in employability.

Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface (CTSI) is the single-door TSI for the Clackmannanshire area supportingcharities, community and voluntary groups, social enterprises and volunteering. Ideally, trustees will have experience of working within the outlined areas and will have a commitment to theimportance of the third sector and community development.
