luxury, from independent to the major hotel chains.
MISSION
Reporting to Teldar's Chief Commercial Officer, and working with the Market Leaders in the other regions, your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop Teldar's sales offering in Northern Europe and play an active role in implementing
the sales strategy to consolidate our presence in the region and achieve growth ;
- Approach a clientele of leisure and corporate travel agencies ;
- Coordinate and supervise the sales team of 4 peoples located in the UK and the Netherlands ;
- Monitor and analyze the team's KPI results ;
- Provide comprehensive reporting and statistical information on activity throughout the
territory supervised ;
- Implementing sales action plans and promoting the brand, products and services marketed
by the Company ;
- Provide market & competitive environment analysis ;
- Attending relevant sales events.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Candidates should ideally have a minimum 7 years’ sales experience in the travel industry
and management experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic understanding of the travel industry.
- Target driven and results orientated.
- Understanding of technology and online distribution.
- Excellent communication with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Resourceful with good organisational skills and ability to work alone.
- Energetic, dynamic and self-motivated.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and abroad.
- PC proficiency, Microsoft skills and ability to understand some technical tools.
