Process CoE Value Consultant

The Value Consultant is responsible for aligning business initiatives with value realization, ensuring that every project contributes to measurable business outcomes. This role involves translating business demands into actionable plans, assuring data availability on program impacts, and collaborating with process owners to secure necessary resources and budgets for process excellence initiatives.
Create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the perceived value of process improvement initiatives for customers, the business, and end-users.
Configure and be proficient in technical tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Celonis.
Prioritize automation initiatives, manage demand intake tracking, and oversee deployment.
Report on Hub metrics and return on investment (ROI) across all business units.
Monitor overall costs, savings, and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) targets while planning for future initiatives.

Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
Bachelor’s degree in Process Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong financial acumen.
Proficient in technical tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Celonis.
Experience in training (creating materials and leading sessions) and implementation of tools.
