We’re looking for a Retail Marketing & VM Manager who is passionate about delivering inspiring customer experiences across our 400+ stores in 6 markets (UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, & Germany).

This is your opportunity to lead the development and execution of innovative store marketing, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale strategies that drive engagement, boost footfall, and bring the Sally Europe brand to life.

Lead impactful in-store marketing campaigns that connect with customers and deliver results.
Partner with store development teams to design inspiring store environments and signage solutions.
Manage the creation, translation, and adaptation of marketing materials to ensure a clear and consistent brand voice.
Develop and deliver training programmes that empower store teams to execute with confidence and quality.
Take ownership of budget management —driving efficiency and maximising value.

Engaging and consistent customer experiences across all stores.
Clear and practical merchandising guidelines that support store teams.
10+ years’ experience in retail marketing, VM, and PoS management .
~ Strong understanding of shopper behaviour and customer-centric marketing.
~ Excellent people leadership and project management skills.
~ A creative eye, strategic mindset, and passion for innovation.
~ Degree educated, with fluency in multilingual marketing an advantage.
