An exciting opportunity has risen for a Sales Negotiator at our multi-award winning prestigious client, based in Mansfield. Their expanding team are looking to add someone with a proven track record of providing the highest levels of Customer Service within their thriving branch. Job Role:

  • Negotiating between two or more parties.
  • Ensuring all customer requirements are handled in a professional manner, always looking to exceed expectations.
  • Managing enquiries, arranging valuations & carrying out viewings.
  • All other duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate Should:
  • Have experience working of within the property industry.
  • Have a proven track record of excellent customer service.
  • Have an understanding of the property market in Mansfield and surrounding areas.
  • Highly skilled in customer service with a confident telephone and face-to-face manner.
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
  • Be organised and professional with solid attention to detail and time management.
  • Be an individual who is very driven.
  • Be able to confidently work under pressure.
  • A full UK driving license would be required, along with access to own transport.
Hour of Work: * Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm & every third Saturday – 9:00am to 1:00pm. Remuneration: * My client is offering an industry leading package with a competitive basic salary of £24-25k (depending on experience) and realistic OTE of £30-35k.
