Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a for a Claims Handler a Financial Services provider based in Oxford.

Under general supervision and within limits of authority and product licenses, support Agent / Senior Agent in respect of Agency sales, growth and retention targets and also Agency customer service standards.

Role: Claims Handler

Hours - Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 17:00

Work from-home days (once qualified)
Bonus scheme based on sales and quality targets up to 5% of salary.
Free onsite parking

Attend and provide support at local shows and events as necessary.
Act as Life Qualifier to obtain referrals for Financial Advisers.
Conduct Regulatory Audits as instructed.
Implement customer money collection and processing procedures to maintain Agency credit control. Conduct daily banking functions as required.
Delegated Claims
Deal with insurance claims within your authority, for all customers, in accordance with the Agent's Claims Guide and maintain a Delegated Claims CompetencyAbout you:

Demonstrate Sales and Customer Service Skills and Claims experience.
