Senior Recruitment Consultant - Regions and Personal Lines - Permanent
​​​I'm looking for a Senior Consultant to join our London team at Eames Consulting. You’re an experienced 360 permanent recruitment consultant.
You have an interest in learning or existing knowledge of Insurance recruitment.
You champion others to bring out the best in everyone - you'll help shape our culture.

Eames Consulting is where we first started. It's our contingent recruitment business, specialising at the mid-to-senior level of the Insurance, Financial Services and Technology sectors. Highly specialist and well-renowned teams across actuarial, risk, broking and underwriting, and claims and operations
Large number of highly experienced recruiters at principal level+ who are actively involved in supporting juniors
Two billing directors with large networks, and strong market reputations leading the division
Multiple examples of people joining as ACs and progressing to principal consultant level within 3 years​
