Role:
Looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Manchester's Sale office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while managing any clients that you bring on for 2 years. This is a predominantly new business role so looking for a candidate that is a new business hunter and enjoys the thrill of cold calling to bring on new clients. You will be prospecting customers in the Republic of Ireland within the Education and Healthcare sectors, identifying their areas needing improvement through previous inspection reports and providing a solution through your products, helping schools and healthcare centres to raise their grading. Join the close knit and friendly team and be part of a great company who are determined to improve patients and students experiences within the ROI.
Requirements:
· Hungry and motivated with a proven track record in new business sales
· Open in terms of sales background
· Have the patience to work in a sales process that is consultative/longer lead time, very relationship led
· Confident with market research, generating new leads and problem solving

The Package :
· £40,000 basic
· OTE £11,000 (paid monthly)
· 20 days holiday + Bank holidays
Location :
Manchester (Sale) office for the first 6 months during training. After that Hybrid working, x3 days in the office and x2 @ home.
