Provide a single strategic ownership for in-life contract management of Energy Industry contracts.
Formally managing all in-life risks associated with the contracts and report on these at least quarterly.
Provide cost reporting for each contract, ensuring they remain within forecasted spend.
Manage cross departmental multi-disciplinary stakeholders to oversee, cost, quality of service, and continuous improvement through energy contracts.
Work with Smart teams and Operations to ensure timely production of forecasts, challenges, and planning to share with suppliers.
Create monthly reporting packs to document against performance, improvement areas and market intelligence.
Data management; ensuring all data is up to date and accurate, keeping it in presentable format so it is easily accessible to key stakeholders.
Drive change in policies inline with the business requirements.
