Job Title: Site Manager

Bell Contracts & Co Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and development of new housing projects in the Mid Ulster area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on time and to perfection, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to senior management, including contracts manager and project director.
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports, and general information.
  • Manage and motivate site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct risk assessments and follow construction drawings and works information to fine detail.
  • Survey sites to mitigate problems and check viability of design.
  • Organize and coordinate labor, instrumental in the negotiation of contracts with direct and subcontract staff.
  • Liaise with engineers and have an understanding of site-level operations.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work under one's own initiative and self-motivated.
  • Strong team building skills and a track record of completing projects from start to finish.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills, with technical and practical knowledge of the building industry.
  • Compliant and relevant 3rd-party H&S site management training.
