We are looking for a Head of Operations to join a growing Tech startup based in Manchester. They are creating the latest AI/ML/Bot technology products across the Public and Private sectors, onboarding new clients all the time

There is lots to do as the business continues to thrive and expand For example, with the growing number of software implementation projects being carried out all the time - we'd like you to help need to be able to oversee these and act as the customer point of contact. You will therefore need to be able to manage multiple concurrent projects at different stages of their project lifecycle.

The Basics

- Head of Operations

- Permanent

- Manchester/Hybrid

The Role/Requirements

- Technical background

- Prior Project/Programme management experience within a software business

-Experience running multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience working in SaaS/AI/Software etc

- Agile experience would be ideal
