About Us: We are an established and trusted provider of community and homecare services, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children with a wide range of continuing healthcare needs. With a strong reputation for excellence and reliability, we work closely with NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) teams, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and private Case Managers to ensure individuals receive the care and support they require at home and in the community. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and strengthen key partnerships. Proactively identify and secure new referrals, tender opportunities, and service contracts. Coordinate and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations tailored to stakeholder needs. Maintain thorough knowledge of CHC funding pathways, procurement processes, and market developments within the community and homecare sector. Work closely with operational, clinical, and care management teams to ensure proposed solutions align with service delivery capabilities. Represent the organisation professionally at external meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Manage a robust pipeline, tracking outcomes, conversions, and revenue targets while regularly reporting on performance. Uphold compliance standards, safeguarding principles, and ethical business practices. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within homecare, community care, complex care, or related healthcare sectors. Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering against significant growth targets.
